Our 3 Year Replacement Warranty

At SOLACE, we believe products should be built to last — and supported properly.

That’s why every SOLACE product is backed by a 3-Year replacement warranty.


What this warranty covers

Our 3 year warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal, intended use.

If your SOLACE | WAKE stops working as it should due to a manufacturing issue within 3 years, we’ll replace it.


What isn’t covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, impact)

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Modifications or repairs not authorised by SOLACE

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear


How the replacement process works

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue

  2. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we’ll approve a replacement

  3. Once the original unit is returned, a replacement will be sent

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.


Important information

  • This is a replacement warranty, not a refund guarantee

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser only

  • Proof of purchase is required

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
