At SOLACE, we believe products should be built to last — and supported properly.
That’s why every SOLACE product is backed by a 3-Year replacement warranty.
What this warranty covers
Our 3 year warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal, intended use.
If your SOLACE | WAKE stops working as it should due to a manufacturing issue within 3 years, we’ll replace it.
What isn’t covered
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (drops, spills, impact)

Misuse or improper handling

Modifications or repairs not authorised by SOLACE

Normal cosmetic wear and tear
How the replacement process works

Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we’ll approve a replacement

Once the original unit is returned, a replacement will be sent
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
