Processing Time

  • Same day despatch from Melbourne if ordered before 10am AEST.

  • During peak periods such as Christmas, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Transit Time (Australia)

  • Free Express Delivery by Australia Post typically arrives within 1–3 business days. The exact delivery time depends on your state. We rarely see orders in transit for more than 4 business days but it can happen, 90% of orders arrive within 3 business days.

  • Tracking updates may show a 1 day gap during transit, but rest assured your order is still on the way.

  • Delivery by Australia Post to New Zealand typically arrives within 2–5 business days. The exact delivery time depends on your state. We rarely see orders in transit for more than 5 business days but it can happen, 90% of orders arrive within 5 business days.

  • Tracking updates may show a 1 day gap during transit, but rest assured your order is still on the way.

1. Shipping protection scope

Shipping Protection covers damage during transit only and provides free replacement of damaged items.

2. Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Theft, porch piracy.

  • Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery

3. Filing a Claim

To file a claim within 48 hours of carrier-delivered timestamp:

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

4. Resolution

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund if a replacement is unavailable.
We aim to resolve claims within 7 business days.
